Fees reflect scope: number of application paths, depth of analytics access, and whether facilitation or ongoing advisory is included. Figures below are starting points; a short brief yields a firm estimate.

What we do not bill as surprise extras
Kick-off briefing, the findings walkthrough, and the written friction inventory sit inside the assessment fee. Travel within Edinburgh is included for workshops hosted at our studio; other UK sites are quoted with travel clearly listed.
