Services
Desktop Sequoia Path Ltd provides application analytics interpretation and UX friction point discovery as described on this site. Written proposals define scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables for each engagement. Website content is informational and does not itself form a contract until a proposal is accepted in writing.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and methodology descriptions remain the property of Desktop Sequoia Path Ltd. Deliverables produced for a client under a signed proposal are licensed to that client for internal use. Client data, analytics extracts, and confidential materials remain the client’s property and are handled under our privacy commitments.
Client responsibilities
Clients arrange lawful access to analytics systems, session recordings, and stakeholders required for the engagement. Clients confirm they have rights to share materials provided to us for review.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desktop Sequoia Path Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from decisions made after receiving discovery findings. Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under United Kingdom law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

Governing law
